  • ​Your visa application will be processed and decided by the Embassy .  The decision to issue or refuse a visa is made solely by the Embassy . VISABKK have no influence over that process.

1.5 Divorce Certificate or death certificate (if any)

1.6 Birth Certificate

1.7 Medical certificate for no pregnancy for divorce less then 310 days 

1.8 Color photo 2 inch with white background 2 photos ( for Visa application )

2. Document for Italian partner   original + 5 copies ( only passport and Thai immigration stamp )

2.1 Passport 

2.2 Single Certificate with stamp

2.3 Divorce Certificate or death certificate (if any)

2.4 Thai - Immigration stamp  

2.5 Employment agreement or Bank statement 6 months

Procedure to married registration in Thailand 


1. Deposit 50%  and 50% on the first appointment with the Italian Embassy.
( VISABKK reserves the right not to refund in all cases)
2. Inbox passport for make reservation with the embassy.
3. Specify date of marriage registration.
4. Marriage registration period 5 business days for  3 appointments 

  • Submit for a single's certificate with the Embassy of Italy

  • Marriage Registration  at the District Office

  • Submit Kor lor 2 with the Embassy of Italy and apply visa family
