4. Name or surname change certificate (if any)
5. Marriage status certificate

6. Employee agreement (if any)
8. Financial evidence Confirmation letter from Bank, or last few pages of Bank statement

9. Documents for invitees from friends or family from Norway

Copy of Thai immigration stamp (entry/exit stamps) to Thailand is essential. + signature
