Remark : ​​

  • ​Your visa application will be processed and decided by the Embassy .  The decision to issue or refuse a visa is made solely by the Embassy . VISABKK have no influence over that process.

  1. Photo color white background 5*3 cm 

  2. Pasport vilid minimum 6 moths 

  3. Copy of all pages with previous visas and stamps of the applicants passport(s)

  4. Name change (If any)

  5. Married certificate (If any) 

  6. House registration 

  7. Financial Document  

  • Statement 6 months and Bank guarantee

  • Update 7 days  ​

  8. Proof of employment

  •  Business owner - must provide company registration 

  •  Business owner - not registration ,introduction letter , photo  

  •  Student - Certificate of Education

  •  Employee - employment agreement

   9. If applicant is under 18 and traveling with one of the parents: - Original consent letter, from District, to travel by the parent who is not traveling together with the minor, translated in English and Birth Certificate (copy and original). - If one of the parents has exclusive parental power, the Court Decree ordering it, duly translated in English.

 10. Any document that proof that applicant have relationship with Thailand 

 11. For applicants invited by Belgium friends/family in Belgium :

  • Invitation letter with include name , address , telephone  and purpose

  • Copy of passport + signature 

  • Copy of permit to stay, ID Card  + Signature 

  • Invitation letter issue by municipal download

  • Salary slip 3 months

  • Family composition (document available at the municipality where the guarantor resides).

  • Proof of recent income of the guarantor: (3 last salary slip + child benefits) or last income tax assessment paper from the tax department in Belgium

  • Copy of Thai immigration stamp ( when you visit Thailand )
